Anatolia & Ash
An open grill in the heart of Stonehouse, a haze of charcoal smoke, and an adana kebab that reminds you what the word 'kebab' is supposed to mean.

“Live-fire cooking that smells like a holiday you can't afford.”
The first thing that hits you at Anatolia & Ash is the smoke, drifting off a grill that runs the length of the room. The adana kebab is the star: hand-minced, generously spiced, charred hard at the edges and still juicy in the middle.
Sides are not an afterthought. The aubergine and hummus grills are smoky and silky, and the Turkish-delight mess for pudding is a genuinely clever, very pretty mess.
It is a little rough around the edges and all the better for it. Bring a crowd, grab the big table by the window, and order everything.
